If you are an admin user of a newly created organization in the Salesforce Audience Studio or Salesforce Data Studio, you'll want to continue reading.

The following article provides you with information about the steps required to setup some of the products and features you've purchased and helpful links to learn more about each feature. However, we require some additional information from you before the features can be enabled.

Configuration of the following items is included in your Premier Support Services. For items included in your SOW, please contact your Professional Services Manager for details on next steps.

Standard Data Activation Partners Capture You must provide the list of activation partners to enable and the required information for each as referenced in the linked article. Data Capture - Viewability & NHT (Supported Partners) Capture You must have an agreement with a supported partner, such as Comscore and have enabled tracking.  Submit a ticket to inform us of which partner you are using and that the tracking has been implemented so we can enable the non-human traffic (NHT) features. Native Deterministic CDIM CDIM You must be delivering a deterministic id via data capture and you must provide the name of that user attribute for deterministic configuration when submitting the request. Submit a ticket with the required information. Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes
Data Feed - Extended CDIM Feed You must have started capturing CDIM data and provide us with your preference of normalized vs. denormalized format. Additionally, you must have at least one user that has created S3 credentials via the Audience Studio Manage Account section. Submit a ticket with the required information. Extended Data Feed Feed You must provide us with your preference for normalized or denormalized format. First Party Import - Ad Logs (Supported Ad Servers) (yield for Publsihers) or (DT2.0 for Marketers) Import You must be prepared to provide us with ad log files for one of the supported ad servers. First Party Import - Meta Expansion Import You must be capturing an attribute that serves as the attribute to be expanded. You must also provide a meta mapping file in the required format as defined in the linked article. Submit a ticket to inform us of which attribute will be the expanded attribute when you are prepared to start delivering the files. No No No No Yes
First Party Import - Transaction Logs Import You must provide the transaction logs in Salesforce Audience Studio required format. Submit a ticket with the required information. No No No No Yes
First Party Import - User Attributes Import You must have setup user matching as defined in the linked article and have a file in the required format to deliver. Submit a ticket to let us know you have the initial file prepared in our required format and inform us of the user id you plan to use if you are planning to use anything other than our default (kuid).
