Data Activation Partners

Enabling additional activation partners

You can set up connections to additional activation partners in the Salesforce Audience Studio UI via "Activation > Partner Management > Create Account". Most of these will be automatically enabled and start sending data the following day, once you have saved it and shared at least one segment with this new connection. These partners are indicated as "auto-enabled" in the tables below.

Partners that are not auto-enabled will show "pending" after they have been saved. The Support team needs to perform one or more additional steps "behind the scenes" to get your new pipeline ready. Please create a ticket for these cases and provide the info from the "Client Requirements" columns.

 

Important Note: 

Please consult your current agreement for the allotted number of integrations. An integration is a unique partner connection per partner per account or seat. Example: Connecting with 3 different Google DV360 IDs counts as 3 partner integrations. The Support team can help you check your used and allotted numbers.

Real-Time Activation

Partners must have real-time activation capability in order to qualify for real-time activation. The current real-time activation partners are Google DV360 and The Trade Desk. Please see details below for more information about each partner.

In addition to real-time offsite activation, real-time on-site activation is supported via real-time segments for owned and operated properties and ad servers. Find out more about real-time segments.
