Creating a Help Desk Ticket
1. You are able to access the Help Center through the Konsole Help Button:
a. Within Konsole, click on the action wheel in the top right-hand side of the UI. You will see "Help" in the dropdown.
2. Once you are in the Help Center you can then create a request for the Support team.
3. Then choose your topic. If your topic is not listed, select "Other".
You can easily submit new requests and track all your company’s tickets – in progress and resolved through the Help Portal. If this option is not available to you, please request with the Support team through the above method.
Please provide as much information as possible in your original request to ensure quicker resolution time.
