The below details the permissions found under Manage Users in the upper right corner of the UI.
Admin
- Admin users may have full access to all modules of the UI, including the ability to create users and modify user permissions.
- Other Admins can further define another Admins permissions by adding/removing access and giving Read Only vs. Full Access to different modules.
Standard
- The user can view and/or edit items throughout the UI based on how an Admin user defines the Standard user's permissions for each module within the UI.
- If the user has Full Access to a module, they can view and edit within the module.
- If the user has Read-Only access to a module, they have view permissions, but cannot edit.
- Standard users cannot create or modify users or sites.
Segment Lookup Only

Data Access
If you have access to multiple Audience Studio instances you can also select other organizations for a user to have access to under Data Access > Organizations:
You may also provide users access to different Sites. Please keep in mind that this will only limit access to data where there is a Site dropdown in reporting and Site Hierarchy in Segment Builder. This will not limit a user’s access to attributes by site other than in Site Hierarchy.
Note: new sites are not added by default. If a new confID or site is created, each user’s Data Access > Access Level will have to be updated to include the new site.
IRIS Insights can be enabled for individual users under Data Access > IRIS Insights. IRIS Insights is an add-on feature. If you would like more information please reach out to your Client Partner.
