Activation Report FAQ

The following reports can be found in the UI under the Activation menu.

Campaign Performance Report

What this Report Does:

The Campaign Performance Report provides campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, and reach. Use this info to optimize your campaign to deliver to the most productive channels.

Benefits:

  • Understand top segments exposed to any given campaign
  • Monitor campaign performance across multiple channels
  • View campaign performance metrics and audience segments reached, and analyze attribution

Features:

  • Data is shown by campaign or audience segment for a custom date range, by channel, at the device level
  • Granular and flexible reporting
  • Includes segment and site-level performance

 

Segment Performance Report

What this Report Does:

The Segment Performance Report identifies which segments are responding most to a given campaign.

Benefits:

  • Give an early indication of how much leading segments are being exposed to a campaign and to what extent they are engaged by the content

Features:

  • Provides delivery and CTR information as well as reach and average frequency for audience segments that have been exposed to your campaigns
  • Allows you to understand which segments are being exposed to any particular campaign, whether targeted or untargeted
  • Similar to overlap reports, but provides additional metrics such as clicks and reach

 

Site Performance Report

What this Report Does:

The Site Performance report identifies which sites carrying your ad are performing best for a given campaign.

Benefits:

  • Can give an early indication of how much other sites  are being exposed to a campaign and whether or not users on those sites are engaging

Features:

  • Provides delivery and CTR information as well as reach and average frequency for sites that have delivered your campaigns
  • Allows you to understand which sites are being exposed to any particular campaign
  • Similar to overlap reports, but can provide additional metrics such as Clicks and Reach

 

Site & Reach Overlap Report

What this Report Does:

The Site Reach & Overlap chart shows the degree of audience similarity among the top media partners used in any tracked campaign. Where the audience at two properties show high similarity, you might eliminate the more expensive one to limit costly redundancy. Where audiences are more distinct, you might fortify your buy to assure broad reach.

Benefits:

  • Helps increase targeting precision by understanding the best-performing sites and audiences on those sites
  • Helps inform optimizations for your next media plan
  • Answers key questions such as, “Which provider delivers the most total uniques?” and “How much overlap exists across my media buys?”

Features:

  • Identify the best media channels to reach high-performing audiences at the highest efficiency
  • Set KPIs (e.g. exclusive reach, average frequency, cost per user, cost per action) and view across all inventory providers
